Rose Morsh is a Parent Practitioner, RECE, Family Mediator, Parent Coordinator, and Child Voice Practitioner with deep expertise in mental health-informed parenting. She is the founder of InventiveMinds Child, Youth, and Family Support Centre, a not-for-profit organization licensed under the Ministry of Education and registered with IACP, OACP, and IB. Rose has worked with hundreds of families navigating anxiety, conflict, and communication breakdown, and is known for her compassionate, no-blame approach that empowers parents to reconnect with their children.
Sonia Joshi, RPN is a Postpartum Nurse & Compassionate Maternal Care Specialist. With over 15 years of dedicated experience in postpartum nursing, I have been proudly serving families at NYGH since 2008. Specializing in maternal-newborn care, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support to new mothers and their infants during one of the most critical transitions in life. My approach centers on patient education, emotional support, and clinical excellence to ensure a safe and empowering postpartum experience. Throughout my career, I’ve supported countless families with breastfeeding guidance, newborn care education, and recovery management after birth. I’m deeply committed to fostering a calm, respectful, and healing environment where parents feel informed and confident in caring for their newborns.
